Your team rings out from your own number.

Every phone number on every screen becomes a Call button. Your people talk through the browser, the customer sees your business rather than somebody's mobile, and the call comes back recorded, written out and filed on that customer.

$59 plus GST a month, including 200 minutes of calls, then 5c a minute on answered calls. It needs a Talkify agent, because the call goes out on that agent's number. New Zealand and Australian numbers.

Now every call is written down. Theirs and yours.

Until now, half of a customer's history was visible and half of it was not. What your agent answered was recorded, transcribed and summarised. What your own people rang out and said was a number in somebody's phone and a memory. That is the half that matters most when a job goes wrong, when a salesperson leaves, or when a customer says they were told something different.

Every call, recorded and written out.

Whether your agent took it or one of your own people made it. The recording, a transcript of what was said by whom, and a short summary, on the same screens, in the same shape. Anybody can switch the recording off for one call, and a call nobody recorded says so rather than looking lost.

One timeline, whoever spoke to them.

An enquiry your agent answered at eight in the morning and the call one of your people made back at four sit on the same customer, in order. If the number somebody typed belongs to a person you already have on file, the call files itself against them without being told.

Your number, not their mobile.

The call goes out on the line your agent answers on, so somebody ringing back reaches your business. Two lines, and your people pick which to show.

Call from wherever you are.

A lead, a contact in the phonebook, a number read off a job sheet, or a number sitting in the middle of a screen with no link on it. All of them become one click.

Separate minutes, always.

Dialler minutes are counted apart from your plan's agent minutes and can never come out of them, in either direction. Answered calls only: a number that rings out costs nothing.

How it works

Click. Talk. Filed.

  • Click a number anywhere in your admin. On a lead, on a contact, on a job, or type one into the keypad. A small window opens in the corner and your microphone goes live.
  • The call goes out on your own line. The one your agent answers on, so the person picking up sees your business. Mute, a keypad for pressing 1 at the other end, a timer, and a hang up.
  • Carry on working while you talk. The window is its own window. Open the next lead, read the job history, write a note; none of it drops the call.
  • It files itself when you hang up. Recording, transcript and summary, on the customer and in the call list, beside everything your agent took.
What comes back Every call
  1. RecordingPlayed from the customer's own timeline
  2. TranscriptBoth sides, by name, searchable
  3. SummaryA few lines, written after the call
  4. OutcomeAnswered, no answer, busy or failed
  5. Who made itThe person, and the line it went out on

Nothing is filed as an enquiry the customer never made, and nobody is texted afterwards. A call your team makes is a call your team made.

What it costs.

One monthly fee on top of your plan, with call minutes included, and a per-minute rate after that. Nothing is metered while a phone is ringing: only calls somebody answered are counted, each rounded up to the next whole minute.

Per month $59

Plus GST, on top of your plan. Per account, not per person.

Included 200

Minutes of calls a month, and they are nothing to do with your plan's agent minutes.

After that 5c

A minute, on answered calls only. A number that rings out is never charged for.

Early access, and two things to be straight about. Calls are recorded by default and the person on the other end is not told, so if your business has a view about that we will talk it through before you start. And it needs a Talkify number your agent already answers on: an account without one cannot use it, and a number you have given up or parked is not one we can call out from either.

Frequently asked.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, ring our live demo agent on 03 242 1262, it'll either answer or queue a callback from a human.

What is the Talkify Dialler?
It is your own team's telephone, inside Talkify. Every phone number on every screen of your admin becomes a Call button: a lead, a contact in your phonebook, a number written on a job sheet. Your person clicks it, talks through their computer with a headset, and the call goes out on your business number rather than off a mobile nobody can see the history of.
Whose number does the customer see?
Yours. It goes out on the number your Talkify agent already answers on, so somebody ringing back reaches your business rather than one person's mobile. If you run two lines, a sales one and a service one, your people pick which to show above the keypad, and somebody ringing a customer back is offered the number that customer originally rang in on.
Is the call recorded?
Yes, by default, and this is the part worth reading twice. Every dialler call is recorded, written out as a transcript and summarised, exactly the way a call your agent took is. Whoever is making the call can switch the recording off for one call before they dial, for a conversation that should not be kept, and a call that was not recorded says so on the record rather than looking like one that went missing. There is no account-wide setting yet, and the person on the other end is not told. If your business has a view about that, say so and we will talk it through before you start.
Where does the call end up afterwards?
In the same call list as every call your agent took, with the recording, the transcript and a short summary on it. It also lands on that customer's own timeline and in the phone app. If the number your person typed belongs to somebody you already have on file, the call files itself against that person without anybody having to say so. The history of a customer is one list, whoever spoke to them.
Do these minutes come out of my plan's minutes?
No, and they cannot. Your plan's minutes are your agent's work and are never spent by one of your own people picking up the phone. Dialler minutes are counted separately and billed separately. It is the first question anybody sensible asks about it, and the answer is a flat no.
What does it cost?
$59 plus GST a month on top of your plan, which includes 200 minutes of calls a month. Past that it is 5c a minute, counted only on calls somebody actually answered and rounded up to the next whole minute. A number that rings out is never charged for.
Which countries can we ring?
New Zealand and Australian numbers. Nothing else is offered, and a number outside those two is refused with the reason on the screen rather than dialled and billed.
What do my people need?
A computer, a headset and a Talkify login. Each person allows Talkify to use the microphone on their own machine, once. Anybody without a headset or a decent connection is better off on their handset, and the handset never stops being an option.
Does it need an agent?
Yes. The call goes out on a number your agent answers on, using the line created when that agent was built, so it is an add-on to an agent rather than a product on its own. An account with no Talkify number of ours cannot use it, and a number that has been given up or parked is not one we can call out on either.
Can I try it first?
It is early access, so it is set up with you rather than switched on by yourself. Add it from Integrations inside your admin, or ask us and somebody will walk your team through it on the first day.
