Half the queue is password resets and "any update on my ticket?". Talkify is an AI receptionist for Freshservice service desks: it knows the caller from their requester record, tells them where their own tickets are up to, logs new ones with Phone as the source, and talks them through a fix from your own help articles while your technicians get on with the work.
The Freshservice connector is in early access. It is built and tested against Freshservice's published API, and no desk has run it live yet. The tools ship switched off, and you turn them on when you have watched enough calls land in your queue to be happy.
Everything it does, on the mornings when the whole office rings at once.
Six things happen on a support call. Your technicians do none of them.
On the first ring, in a genuine local voice, as your service desk. Ten people locked out on a Monday morning are ten calls answered at once, not nine people listening to music.
Before it speaks it finds the caller in Freshservice from the number they are ringing on, and greets them by name. A number it does not know is treated as a new caller, and two people sharing one number are never guessed between.
"Any update on mine?" is answered from Freshservice: the ticket, what it is about, whether it is open or pending and when it last changed. Only tickets they raised, and never your team's notes.
For a how-to or a password reset it finds the steps in your own published help articles and talks the caller through them one at a time. It only uses what the article says, and never makes a fix up.
When the fix does not work, or it is a real fault, it gets the details, reads a summary back, and logs it in Freshservice with Phone as the source. The caller hangs up with a ticket number.
After the call, a private note with what was said goes on every ticket the call touched, so whoever picks it up knows the story without ringing the caller back to ask.
A Freshservice phone integration that reads and writes through the same API your own integrations use, with an API key you can revoke at any time.
Open and pending tickets for the person ringing, newest change first, with the subject, the status and when it last moved. A ticket number read out is checked against their own tickets before anything is said.
A real Freshservice ticket created on the call, source Phone, assigned to the agent group you choose, with the problem in the caller's own words. Not an email for somebody to retype later.
It searches your published solution articles and walks the caller through the steps. Where it can it searches as the caller, so it only uses articles they could open in your portal themselves.
It reads your own self-service reset steps and logs a ticket when they do not work. It never takes a password or a code. Freshservice holds no passwords, so nothing connected to it can reset one, and the agent says so.
On Freshservice for MSPs, each line answers for one client workspace, so tickets are read and logged in the right place. Each client gets its own number, greeting and articles.
Everything it writes is a private note, which Freshservice does not email to the requester. It is never handed a ticket's conversation, so it cannot read your team's notes out to a caller.
The part worth seeing is a ticket landing in your queue while the caller is still talking. We connect Talkify to your Freshservice, set the agent up to match how your desk works, and go through the first calls with you, so you watch it happen in your own queue before anybody relies on it.
Nobody became an engineer to read out ticket numbers.
Every status chase pulls somebody out of a fix, to open a ticket and read out what it already says. Answered from Freshservice in seconds, those calls stop costing your team any focus at all, and the caller gets their answer without waiting for a call back.
Passwords, MFA on a new phone, the VPN, a printer, Outlook. If the steps are in your help articles, the agent can walk a caller through them at two in the morning just as patiently as at ten, and log a ticket for the ones that genuinely need a person.
The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, talk to us and a person will answer it.
What happens to the calls that arrive once the desk has gone home.
Call centre plans answer five, ten or fifteen callers at the same moment, with no queue and no hold music.
