For WordPress sites on Gravity Forms

Sent at 9.47pm. Rung at 8am sharp.

Your quote form works around the clock. Your inbox does not. Talkify takes the Gravity Forms webhook for each entry, reads every field, and has your agent ring the enquirer back the moment your calling hours allow, in a local New Zealand voice, with their answers already in hand and a time to offer them.

The Gravity Forms logo. Talkify receives each Gravity Forms entry by webhook and rings the enquirer back. Gravity Forms

Put your name down and we will connect your Gravity Forms and walk you through it. No setup fee, no lock-in, and your phone number stays exactly where it is.

Overnight quote requests from Gravity Forms, rung at 8am and in the diary by nine.

What Talkify does with each Gravity Forms entry.

You built a good form. This is what makes sure somebody actually rings the person who filled it in.

A webhook, nothing installed

The Webhooks Add-On posts each entry to your private Talkify address. No extra plugin, no scripts on your pages, and nothing changes for the person filling in the form.

Every field, readable

Name, phone, email and message are recognised by their usual names; the service, suburb, budget and every other field stay on the lead under the key you gave them.

After-hours entries held

Anything submitted outside your calling hours waits and is rung when they open, so the late-night enquiry is the first call of the day, not the last email you get to.

Rung within a minute

During the day, your automation calls the enquirer almost as soon as the entry lands, through the agent that answers your phone and knows your business.

Qualified and booked

Your questions, then a measure, a site visit or an appointment on a connected calendar. With no calendar, the time that suits them is noted for your team.

Secret header supported

Gravity Forms sends the webhook from your server, so it can carry a shared secret that Talkify checks on every entry. Junk posted to your address from anywhere else is refused.

From your quote form to a booked visit.

Six steps, and the only one you set up is the first.

01

Add one webhook feed

In your form's settings, a Webhooks feed pointed at your Talkify address, sending JSON with plain key names. About five minutes, once, per form.

02

Someone asks for a quote

Any time of day, on any device. They see your normal confirmation message, and Gravity Forms keeps the entry exactly as it always has.

03

Talkify files the lead

The entry arrives as a lead with every field, beside your phone calls, chats and ad leads, so nothing lives only in a WordPress inbox.

04

The rules check the clock

Inside your calling hours it rings now. Outside them it waits for morning. Numbers on your do-not-call list are never rung.

05

Your agent rings them

It knows what they asked for and where they are, asks what you would ask, and books the visit or notes the time that works.

06

You read how it went

The recording, the transcript and every automated step sit on the lead, so the person who turns up knows the whole story.

The morning call, word for word

What Tom heard the morning after his quote request.

He filled in the form at 9.47pm and nobody rang him at 9.48. At 8am the agent called, knew the job and the suburb from his entry, and booked the measure before your office had opened its inbox.

Whose quote forms run on Gravity Forms.

Gravity Forms is the form builder agencies reach for when a client's form needs to do real work. The follow-up should too.

Builders and renovators.

Multi-page quote forms with project type, budget and timeframe, filled in at night by people planning a job. AI reception for builders.

Measures · site visits

Landscapers and outdoor trades.

Seasonal enquiries that stack up over a weekend, each one a customer about to ask somebody else. AI reception for landscapers.

Quotes · consultations

Agencies and their clients.

Web agencies who built the form and want the leads it produces to be worked, not just delivered. How Talkify handles leads.

Client sites

A notification email is not a follow-up.

Most quote forms end in an email to an inbox nobody watches after five. That is where good jobs quietly go.

The evening enquiry is shopping around.

Somebody filling in quote forms at night is usually filling in several. The business that rings first thing gets the conversation; the one that replies to the email at lunchtime gets a polite "we have gone with someone else".

Keep the email. Add the call.

Your Gravity Forms notifications carry on exactly as before. Talkify adds the phone call, and the record of what was agreed, on top. See what unanswered enquiries cost on the missed call calculator.

Your form collects the leads. Let Talkify call them.

One webhook feed and tomorrow's overnight quote requests are rung before your first coffee. We will help you set up the first form.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

Tell us which system you run and how your calls come in. A real person at Talkify replies, and we set the connection up with you.

How do I send Gravity Forms entries to Talkify?
With the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On. In Talkify, create a lead form and copy its private web address. In WordPress, open your form, go to Settings, then Webhooks, and add a feed: paste the address as the request URL, choose POST and JSON, and under the request body pick Select Fields and name the keys name, phone, email and message. Submit a test entry and it appears in your Talkify leads list straight away.
Which Gravity Forms licence includes webhooks?
The Webhooks Add-On comes with the Gravity Forms Elite licence, and with the Nonprofit licence. On a lower licence, a developer can still send each entry to the same Talkify address from the gform_after_submission hook in a few lines of code, and everything on the Talkify side works the same.
What happens to a quote request submitted at 10pm?
It lands in Talkify at 10pm, so you can see it on your phone if you want to, but nobody is rung at that hour. Talkify only calls inside the hours you allow, so the enquiry is held and rung when your calling window opens in the morning, typically well before most businesses have opened their inbox.
Do I need to map every field in my form?
No. Give the name, phone, email and message fields plain key names and Talkify files them without any mapping. Every other field you send, such as the service, the suburb, the budget or the timeframe, is kept on the lead under the key you gave it, and the agent reads them before it calls so it never asks the enquirer to repeat what they typed.
Can I send only some entries to Talkify?
Yes, two ways. Gravity Forms lets each webhook feed use conditional logic, so you can send only the quote requests and not the job applications. And in Talkify each automation can be narrowed to one form or to what the person wrote, so a general enquiry might get an email while a quote request gets a call.
Is it safe to post form entries to Talkify?
The web address is private to your account, and because Gravity Forms sends the webhook from your server rather than from the visitor, you can add a shared secret as a request header that Talkify checks on every entry. Your call recordings and transcripts are handled in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and nowhere else.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. The call-back comes from the agent that answers your business line, on its own number, and your existing number stays where it is. If the enquirer rings back, your receptionist picks up already knowing about their quote request.
