Connect once with OAuth and your AI phone agent becomes part of your CRM. Known callers are greeted by name, new callers become contacts, and every conversation lands on the timeline with a transcript, while it is still fresh.
CRMs fail when people forget to log calls. Your Talkify agent never forgets: every conversation it has, inbound or outbound, is on the right HubSpot record before you have read the SMS summary.
Before your agent answers, Talkify looks the number up in HubSpot. Existing contacts get a personal greeting and their call logs onto the record you already hold, not a duplicate.
First-time callers are created in HubSpot automatically with the lifecycle stage and lead status you choose. Your pipeline fills itself while the phone is being answered.
Each call lands as a Call engagement with the summary and complete transcript. No more "what did they say again?"
Confirmations, follow-ups and campaign calls your agent makes are logged the same way, so the timeline tells the whole story.
You approve the connection inside HubSpot itself and can revoke it any time. Talkify never sees your password and holds only the access you granted.
If you can approve an app, you can do this. And if you would rather not, we set it up for you as part of onboarding.
In your Talkify dashboard, open Integrations, choose HubSpot, and press Connect HubSpot. Approve the request in HubSpot and you are linked.
Pick the lifecycle stage and lead status new callers should be created with. Existing contacts are never changed, only enriched with calls.
That is it. From the next call, lookups happen before pickup and every conversation is filed to the timeline automatically.
One click. Open Integrations in your Talkify dashboard, choose HubSpot, and press Connect HubSpot. You approve the access request in HubSpot itself; there is no API key to find or paste, and you can disconnect at any time from either side.
Every finished call is written to the matching contact's timeline as a Call engagement: who called, when, the outcome, a summary and the full transcript. Your team sees the whole conversation in the record they already work in.
Yes. Before your agent answers, Talkify looks the caller's number up in HubSpot. If they are a known contact the agent can greet them by name and their call logs straight onto their existing record. No duplicates are created for known numbers.
A new HubSpot contact is created with their name and number, set to the lifecycle stage and lead status you choose during setup. Those defaults only apply to brand-new contacts; existing records are never overwritten.
Yes. Calls your agent makes, confirmations, follow-ups and campaign calls, are logged to the contact timeline the same way inbound calls are.
The connection uses HubSpot's own OAuth flow, so Talkify never sees your HubSpot password and holds only the scoped access you approved. Call data is stored in New Zealand and Australian data centres.
Nothing extra. It is included with Talkify business plans, from $129 a month at the founding rate. It works with free and paid HubSpot accounts.
