Stop trading emails to find a time. A Talkify booking page is a page of your own, in your own colours, where clients pick the kind of meeting they want and a time that is really free. It goes straight into Outlook, Google or whichever calendar you choose, with a Teams or Google Meet link already on it.
Lives at gettalkify.com/book/your-name. Share it in your email signature, on your invoices and in every reply that would otherwise start "what time suits you?", or frame it on your own website.
Everything a booking page does, from the first click to the meeting in your diary.
What happens when a client opens your link. You do none of it.
On their phone or their desktop, in your colours, under your logo. Your meeting types are listed with how long each one runs and where it is held.
An intro call, a review, a site visit. Each kind of meeting has its own length, its own start times and its own calendar, so the right one is booked into the right diary.
Only the times that are free in that calendar, after your notice period and no further ahead than you allow, inside the days and hours you set for that meeting.
Name and email, a phone number when it is a phone call, and anything else you ask for. A note box lets them tell you what the meeting is about before it starts.
As a real event in Outlook, Google, iCloud or your Talkify diary. On Microsoft 365 or Google the Teams or Meet link is made by the calendar itself, and the invite goes out the usual way.
They get a confirmation in your branding with the join link and their own link to move or cancel, then reminders before the day. You get an email saying who booked what, and the meeting is already on your phone.
Each meeting type is held one way, and the visitor knows which before they book.
On a Microsoft 365 calendar, the meeting is held on Teams. Microsoft makes the Teams link when the event is written and sends the visitor the invite from your calendar.
On a Google calendar, the meeting is held on Google Meet. Google makes the Meet link with the event, and it is in the visitor's confirmation and on their invite.
Paste in your Zoom room, or the link for whatever video service you use, and every visitor is sent it. Handy on an Apple, CalDAV or Talkify diary, which have no video service of their own.
The visitor is asked for their number when they book, so you have it in the event and can ring them at the time.
For site visits, consultations and anything else that happens face to face, booked into the diary of the person who will be there.
However it is held, the event in your calendar carries the visitor's name, email, phone and company, and what they said they would like to cover, so you walk in prepared.
What you set once, so the page only ever offers the week you really have.
Choose from the calendars connected to Talkify: Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google, Apple iCloud, CalDAV or the Talkify diary. Each meeting type can book into a different one.
Give each meeting a length from fifteen minutes to two hours, and decide how often a start time is offered, on the hour, every half hour or every fifteen minutes.
Set how much notice you need, so nobody books you for ten minutes from now, and how far ahead the page goes, so next year stays clear until you are ready for it.
Narrow any meeting type to the days and hours you want it, such as discovery calls Tuesday to Thursday, ten till two. It only ever narrows your calendar, never opens a time you are shut.
Your logo, accent, background and text colours, and a font from a short, readable list. The "Booking by Talkify" line is yours to keep or switch off, and you choose whether to ask for a phone number or company.
Keep five minutes to an hour free before and after anything else in the calendar, so meetings never run back to back, and cap how many of each kind can be booked in one day. A paid session can show its price on the page and in the confirmation.
The part that usually means more emails, handled from the same page.
Each visitor gets their own short link at gettalkify.com/b/ to move or cancel. A move shifts the same calendar event, so the Teams or Meet link stays the same, the invite in their diary moves with it, and you are told.
Pick any of two days before, the day before, two hours before and an hour before. Reminders go by email, and by text too when texting is on, so fewer people forget.
Text the visitor their confirmation with the join link and their link to move or cancel. Each text is charged like any other text from your account, and the email still goes either way.
Choose who gets the email for each new booking, move and cancellation, and text your own mobiles as well if you would rather know straight away.
A personal link for one lead or contact opens with their details filled in, and the booking lands on their lead. A directory or mail merge can fill in name, email, phone and company on the plain link.
Switch it on and each booking goes into your Leads pipeline with the meeting on the lead's timeline. Somebody already there under the same email gets it on their existing lead, not a second one.
The part worth seeing is a meeting appearing in your diary, Teams link and all, a few seconds after somebody picks a time. We connect your calendar, set up your meeting types and your look with you, and book the first one together so you see exactly what your clients will.
Least of all the person who is meant to be in the meeting.
"Does Tuesday work?" "Not Tuesday, how about Thursday?" "Morning or afternoon?" Every round trip is a day the meeting is not booked and a chance for the client to go cold. One link, and they choose for themselves from the times you really have.
A client who clicks through from your email should land somewhere that feels like your business, not a stranger's form. Your logo, your colours, your font, and a confirmation that comes from you in the same style.
The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, talk to us and a person will answer it.
Connecting an Outlook calendar, and what Talkify can do with it once it is connected.
The same for Google Calendar and Google Workspace, with Meet links where you want them.
What Talkify connects to today, and what your agent can do once it is connected.
Or run it from your pocket
