For escape rooms, classes and tours on Bookeo

Every room is running. Bookeo keeps filling.

Talkify is the AI receptionist for Bookeo. While your game masters, instructors and guides are busy, it answers in a friendly Kiwi voice, checks live slots and spots in Bookeo, holds them for the group and books the lot before the organiser hangs up.

Birthday parties, work outings, the family that rings on Friday night: every one gets an answer and a time.

What the agent does in your Bookeo.

It works through Bookeo's own API with the permissions you approve, so your products, your slots and your confirmation emails all stay Bookeo's.

Knows your products

Each room, lane, class and tour you choose to sell by phone, described the way you would describe it, with the group sizes you allow.

Reads live slots

Bookeo is asked which slots are open and how many spots each one has left, while the caller is on the line, so a full room is never offered.

Holds the spots

Bookeo can put a short hold on a group's spots. The agent uses it while it takes the organiser's details, so an online booking cannot take them mid-call.

Books the group

The booking is made in Bookeo with the organiser's name, mobile and email, and Bookeo sends its own confirmation email, as it does for every web booking.

Finds existing bookings

By booking number, or by the name or email the booking was made under. Changing or cancelling it is a switch you decide on.

Never takes a card

No card numbers on the phone. The booking goes into Bookeo and payment stays the way you already collect it.

From the phone ringing to a group in Bookeo.

A parent organising a birthday, ringing while all three rooms are running.

01

It picks up mid-game

Every game master is inside a room. The caller hears your venue name on the first ring instead of a voicemail they will not leave.

02

It gets the details

How many, how old, which day, which activity. It answers the side questions too: minimum ages, what to wear, whether the cake can come.

03

Bookeo says what fits

The agent asks Bookeo for the open slots on that day and offers only the ones with room for the whole group.

04

It holds the spots

Bookeo holds them for a few minutes while the agent takes the organiser's name, mobile and email, so nobody online can take them in the meantime.

05

The booking goes in

Made in Bookeo, with the hold turned into a booking. Bookeo emails the confirmation and the slot shows as taken everywhere else.

06

You get the summary

A text and an email within seconds: who booked, for how many, and anything they asked that needs your team, like a surprise to set up.

A party of eight does not leave a voicemail.

They ring the next venue on the list. Connect Bookeo and every group gets a real answer, a held slot and a confirmed booking, even on your busiest Saturday. We set it up with you.

Who runs Bookeo, and when the phone rings.

Bookeo is built for businesses that sell a time and a number of places. The phone rings hardest when those places are being used.

Your busiest hour is when you miss the most calls.

When every room is running, every person on the team is busy. That is exactly when the next group rings.

Groups ring. They do not click.

One person organising eight people wants to ask questions first: ages, times, food, whether you can split them into two rooms. Those are your biggest bookings, and they go to whoever answers first.

Weekends are booked on weeknights, after work and after your doors close. Answering then fills Saturday. Put a figure on the calls you miss with the missed call calculator.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

Ask a person Talk to us

Tell us which system you run and how your calls come in. A real person at Talkify replies, and we set the connection up with you.

What is an AI receptionist for Bookeo?
A phone agent that answers your venue's number and books straight into Bookeo. It knows your products, asks Bookeo which slots are open and how many spots are left, holds them while it takes the organiser's details, and makes the booking before the call ends. Bookeo then sends its usual confirmation email. It is built for escape rooms, activity venues, classes and small tour operators in New Zealand and Australia whose team is busy running sessions when the phone rings.
How does Talkify connect to Bookeo?
You install the Talkify application in your own Bookeo account and approve the permissions it asks for, such as reading your products and availability and making bookings. That is the whole connection: no passwords shared and no developer work. You can uninstall it from the Applications page of your Bookeo account at any time, and its access ends straight away.
Can it book a group or a birthday party?
Yes, and that is most of the calls it takes. It asks how many are coming, checks the slot can take them, and asks Bookeo to hold those spots while it takes the organiser's name, mobile and email, so nobody online takes them mid-call. Then it books. Anything beyond what your products allow, such as a corporate event across three rooms, becomes a proper enquiry for your team.
Does it take payment or deposits over the phone?
No. The agent never asks for or hears a card number. It makes the booking in Bookeo, and how you collect payment stays exactly as you run it now. If a product should never be booked without paying first, leave it off the list the agent may sell and it will take an enquiry for that one instead.
Can a customer change or cancel their booking by phone?
Bookeo allows both through its API, and in Talkify each one is a switch you choose to turn on. The agent finds the booking by its booking number, or by the name or email it was made under, reads it back, and then changes or cancels it in Bookeo, which sends the customer its own update.
Will it answer questions about age limits, parking and what to wear?
Yes, from what you tell it about your venue. Minimum ages, how early to arrive, closed-toe shoes, parking, whether you can bring a cake. Those questions are most of the calls that are not bookings, and the agent answers every one the same way, every time.
Do I have to change my venue phone number?
No. Forward the number on your website and listings to Talkify from your current phone company. Have it answer every call, only when your team is busy with a game, only when nobody picks up, or only after hours. Nothing is ported and you can switch it off in minutes.
