Talkify / Integrations / Facebook Lead Ads
For businesses paying Meta for leads

You paid for that lead. Ring it inside a minute.

Somebody taps your ad on their phone, fills in the form and carries on scrolling. Talkify is the Facebook Lead Ads call-back that rings them while they still remember doing it: a real New Zealand voice, their answers already in hand, and a time in your diary before your competitor has opened the notification.

The Facebook Lead Ads logo. Talkify receives each Facebook and Instagram lead form the moment it is submitted and rings the person back.

Put your name down and we will connect your Facebook Page and walk you through it. No setup fee, no lock-in, and your phone number stays exactly where it is.

Facebook leads, rung back and booked while the ad was still on their screen.

What happens to every Facebook lead.

Meta is good at finding people who want what you sell. What happens in the next ten minutes is up to you, and this is that part.

Arrives the moment it is sent

Meta notifies Talkify as each Instant Form is submitted, on Facebook or Instagram. No hourly export, no spreadsheet, no checking the Leads Centre between jobs.

Every answer kept

Name, number and email, plus your own questions: suburb, budget, own or rent, when they want it done. Filed on the lead under the question you asked, with the ad and campaign it came from.

Rung back in a minute

Your automation places the call almost as soon as the lead lands, through the same agent that answers your phone, with its voice and everything it knows about your business.

Qualified and booked

The agent checks they are still keen and asks your questions. With a calendar connected it books the quote or appointment there and then; without one, it notes the time that suits them for your team.

A text if they miss it

No answer? A follow-up step can text them a few minutes later, so the conversation carries on when they are free rather than going cold.

Split by ad

Ring the people from the quote ad, leave the newsletter sign-ups alone. Automations can be narrowed to one form or one ad, and every lead shows which ad it came from.

From a tap on an ad to a booked quote.

Six steps, most of them before the person has put their phone down.

01

They fill in your form

On Facebook or Instagram, without leaving the app. Meta prefills what it can, they answer your questions, and they tap submit.

02

Meta tells Talkify

A notification arrives for your Page, Talkify reads the answers with your Page's permission, and the lead appears in your leads list with the ad it came from.

03

The rules are checked

Inside your calling hours? Not on your do-not-call list? Nobody on your team already onto it? Only then does the call go out.

04

Your agent rings them

Opening with your business name and what they asked about, using what they wrote on the form rather than making them say it again.

05

It qualifies and books

Your questions, in your order. Keen leads get a time on your calendar; the rest get an honest answer and a note on the lead saying why.

06

You see what happened

The call, its recording and transcript, and every automated step sit on the lead under what happened automatically, so "did anyone ring her?" has an answer.

The call-back, word for word

What Aroha heard 39 seconds after tapping submit.

No script read aloud and no menu. The agent opens with your business name, uses what she wrote on the form, and books the measure while she is still keen.

Who runs lead ads, and why they lose them.

Facebook leads convert when somebody talks to them quickly. The businesses that buy them are the ones least able to stop and ring.

Trades on the tools.

Builders, electricians and plumbers running quote ads who see the lead at six o'clock, after three other firms have rung. AI reception for tradespeople.

Quotes · site visits

Home services.

Heat pumps, solar, landscaping and cleaning, where the ad is seasonal and the lead is shopping around tonight. AI reception for heating and cooling.

Measure and quotes

Clinics and studios.

Physios, beauty clinics and gyms running first-visit offers, with every staff member busy with a client. AI reception for clinics.

Intro offers · first visits

The lead did not go cold. It went to whoever rang first.

A form fill on Facebook is the easiest enquiry anyone will ever make, and just as easily made to your competitor.

An hour later, they have forgotten you.

People fill in lead forms in the gaps of their day, often on three ads in a row. Ring them while the form is still on their screen and you are the business they asked. Ring them after dinner and you are a number they do not recognise.

Faster, but never pushy.

Speed stops at your calling hours, a do-not-call list and a limit on how often one number is rung. Everyone it rings asked to be contacted. See what slow follow-up is costing on the missed call calculator.

Every lead you do not ring is ad spend you paid for twice.

Once for the click, and again for the next lead you need to replace it. Connect your Page and the next form fill gets a call while they are still holding their phone.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

How fast does Talkify call a Facebook lead back?
Within about a minute of the form being submitted, during the hours you allow calls. Meta tells Talkify about the lead the moment it arrives, Talkify reads the answers straight away, and your automation places the call. There is no inbox to check and nobody has to be at a desk. You can add a deliberate delay if you would rather it did not ring the instant somebody taps submit.
What happens to a lead that comes in at 11pm?
It waits. Talkify never rings a member of the public outside your calling hours, which start as 8am to 8pm in your time zone and can be narrowed to the hours your business is open. A late-night lead is held and rung when the window opens the next morning, or skipped, whichever you chose when you set the automation up. You still see the lead in Talkify the second it arrives.
Does it work for Instagram lead ads too?
Yes. Meta runs Instant Forms on Instagram as well as Facebook, and both deliver their leads through the Facebook Page the ads belong to. Once your Page is connected, a lead from either placement arrives in Talkify the same way and is followed up by the same automation.
How does Talkify connect to Facebook Lead Ads?
Through your Facebook Page. Talkify needs your Page ID and a Page access token with permission to read leads, and your Page has to be subscribed to Talkify for lead notifications, which is a single button on the settings page. Because the token step lives inside Meta Business Settings, we do it with you. Once it is done, Import recent leads pulls in the leads already sitting on your forms, so you can see it working on a real lead without waiting for a new one.
What does the agent say when it rings?
It introduces itself as your business, says it is calling about the enquiry they just made, and picks up from what they wrote on the form, so nobody is asked to repeat themselves. It confirms they are still keen, answers questions from what your receptionist already knows about your prices, hours and service area, and books a time on your calendar if you have one connected. Without a calendar it takes the day and time that suits them and leaves it for your team to confirm.
Will it ever ring the same person twice?
Not for the same enquiry. Every lead is recorded under the id Meta gives it, so a webhook that arrives twice is one lead, and each automation acts on a lead only once. On top of that, one number can receive at most three automated calls from your account in 24 hours, numbers on your do-not-call list are never rung, and if someone on your team has already dealt with the lead, the automation leaves it alone.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. The call-back goes out through the same agent that answers your phone, on its own number, and your existing business number is never ported. If the lead rings back later, your receptionist answers and already knows who they are.

Have a look around.
