Talkify / Integrations / LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
For B2B firms advertising on LinkedIn

The priciest lead you buy deserves a call today.

A LinkedIn lead is a decision maker who put their hand up, and too often they sit in a CSV until Thursday. Talkify handles LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms follow-up the moment the form arrives: a call inside business hours, in a local New Zealand voice, that knows their company and role and ends with a meeting in the diary.

The LinkedIn logo. Talkify receives LinkedIn Lead Gen Form submissions as they happen and follows each lead up by phone.

Put your name down and we will connect your LinkedIn ad account and walk you through it. No setup fee, no lock-in, and your phone number stays exactly where it is.

LinkedIn leads, followed up the same morning and in the partners' diary.

What Talkify does with each LinkedIn lead.

LinkedIn's Lead Sync sends the lead; Talkify reads it properly, then does what a good business development rep would do, only sooner.

Pushed, not exported

LinkedIn notifies Talkify as each form is submitted. Nobody downloads a CSV from Campaign Manager on a Friday afternoon and finds leads from last week in it.

Answers you can read

LinkedIn sends answers as question numbers. Talkify reads your form as well and puts each answer under the question as you asked it, so "Budget this year" says that, not "Custom question 2".

Company and role in hand

The profile details LinkedIn prefills, like company, job title and work email, travel with the lead and into the brief the agent calls on.

A call inside your hours

Your automation rings the lead within a minute or so, tied to your office hours if you like, through the agent that already answers your firm's phone.

A meeting, not a maybe

Your qualifying questions, then a time with the right person on a connected calendar. Without one, the time that suits them is noted for your team to confirm.

Into your CRM as well

A further step can push the lead into HubSpot, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel, email them, or send them anywhere else by webhook.

From a form on LinkedIn to a meeting in the diary.

What happens between the lead tapping submit and your partner seeing a new booking.

01

They submit your form

From a sponsored post, a message ad, an event page or your company page, with their profile details filled in and your questions answered.

02

LinkedIn tells Talkify

A signed notification reaches Talkify, which reads the response and your form together and files a complete lead in your list.

03

Your rules decide

Only the whitepaper campaign? Only leads that gave a phone number? Office hours only? The automation checks before it acts.

04

The agent calls

As your firm, referring to what they asked for, with their company and role already known, so the first minute is not spent on who they are.

05

It qualifies, then books

Timeline, size, decision maker, whatever your partners ask. A good fit gets a meeting; a poor fit gets a polite answer and a note on the lead.

06

The account manager knows

The recording, the transcript and every automated step sit on the lead, and the CRM gets its copy if you added that step.

The follow-up, word for word

A decision maker, called while the guide was still open.

The agent introduces your firm, knows his company and role from the form, keeps it short because he is busy, and leaves him with a meeting rather than a brochure.

Who buys leads on LinkedIn, and who follows them up.

The firms that get the most from LinkedIn lead ads bill their time. Following up a form is time nobody is billing.

Consultancies and advisers.

Business advisers, lawyers and consultants offering a guide or a free review, whose partners are with clients all day. AI reception for professional services.

Discovery meetings

Accountants and finance.

Firms targeting business owners by role and company size, where a lead cools the moment the next firm calls. AI reception for accountants.

New client enquiries

Recruitment and B2B sales.

Agencies collecting candidate and client interest, and B2B teams booking demos, with more leads than recruiters or reps to ring them. The sales agent.

Demos · briefs

B2B buyers are not slow. Follow-up usually is.

A lead on LinkedIn costs more than almost anywhere else. Being the firm that rang first is how you get it back.

They are at their desk right now.

A LinkedIn lead usually fills in the form during the working day, in the middle of thinking about the problem. A call ten minutes later catches them with the problem still open. A call next week reaches somebody who has already spoken to two other firms.

Ask for the phone number. It is worth it.

LinkedIn fills in the email for them, not the phone. Add a phone field to the form and you get fewer, better leads, every one of which can be rung. The ones who skip it still get your email step, and the rest of your automation runs as normal.

Your partners should be in meetings, not chasing forms.

Let the agent make the first call and hand your people a qualified lead with a time already agreed. Connect your ad account once and every form after that is followed up the same morning.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

How do I follow up LinkedIn Lead Gen Form leads automatically?
Connect your LinkedIn ad account to Talkify and set up a lead automation. Each time somebody submits one of your Lead Gen Forms, LinkedIn notifies Talkify, the lead lands in your leads list with every answer, and the automation rings them, emails them, adds them to your CRM, or all three in the order you choose. A phone call goes out within about a minute, inside the hours you allow.
How does Talkify connect to LinkedIn?
You sign in with LinkedIn and approve Talkify, give it the ID of the ad account or company page your forms run on, and press Connect my account, which tells LinkedIn to start sending new leads. The person signing in needs a role on the ad account and a role on the company page behind it; LinkedIn checks both. LinkedIn connections last 60 days before you sign in again, and the settings page shows the date.
LinkedIn does not prefill phone numbers. Can it still call?
Only if the lead gives one, which is why we suggest adding a phone number field to the form. LinkedIn prefills name, email, company and job title from the member profile, but the member types a phone number in themselves. A lead without a number is never rung; the automation records why on the lead and carries on with any email or CRM steps you added.
Which LinkedIn forms does it work with?
Lead Gen Forms attached to your ads in Campaign Manager, and the forms LinkedIn lets you put on an event page, your company page or a product page. You choose which kind when you connect, because ad leads belong to the ad account and the others belong to the company page.
What will the agent actually say to a B2B lead?
It introduces itself as your firm, refers to what they downloaded or asked about, and uses what LinkedIn already told us, such as their company and role, so the conversation starts in the right place. It asks your qualifying questions, and books a meeting on your calendar if one is connected, or notes the time that suits them for whoever handles the account.
Will it ring people outside business hours?
No. Automated calls only go out inside your calling window, which you can tie to your own office hours. A form submitted on a Sunday evening is held and rung on Monday morning, or left for your team, whichever you picked. Nobody on your do-not-call list is rung, and a lead your team has already contacted is left alone.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. The call goes out through the same agent that answers your business line, on its own number, and your existing number stays where it is. If the lead rings back, your receptionist answers and knows which enquiry it was.
