Talkify / Integrations / Google Ads lead forms
For businesses buying search leads

They searched for you. Call before they search again.

A Google search lead has a problem today, and a form on your ad was quicker than finding your number. With a Google Ads lead form call-back, the webhook Google already offers hands every submission to Talkify, and your agent rings them inside a minute in a local New Zealand voice, sorts out what the job is and puts it in the diary.

The Google Ads logo. Talkify receives Google Ads lead form submissions by webhook and rings each lead back. Google Ads lead forms

Put your name down and we will connect your Google Ads lead form and walk you through it. No setup fee, no lock-in, and your phone number stays exactly where it is.

Search leads from Google Ads, called back before they tried the next plumber.

What Talkify does with a Google Ads lead.

Google finds the person at the exact moment they need you. Everything after the form is where the money is made or lost.

Uses Google's own webhook

Lead form assets can post each submission to a web address. Yours is a Talkify address, so no connector app sits in between and nothing waits for a daily export.

Every question kept

Name, phone, email and postcode, plus the qualifying questions you added to the form, filed on the lead along with the campaign it came from.

No double calls

Google gives each lead its own id and warns it may deliver one twice. Talkify files by that id, so a repeat delivery never becomes a second call.

Rung within a minute

Your automation calls the lead almost as soon as Google sends it, through the agent that answers your phone, knowing your prices, your area and your hours.

The job, in the diary

Urgent or routine, in your area or not, a time that works. With a calendar connected it books; without one it takes the time that suits them for your team to confirm.

A text when they cannot talk

If the call is not answered, a follow-up text can go a few minutes later, so a searcher standing in a flooded garage still hears from you first.

From a search to a booked job.

Six steps from the lead tapping submit to your team seeing a job already booked.

01

They fill in your form

Right under your ad in the search results or on YouTube, without loading your website. Google prefills what it knows and they answer your questions.

02

Google sends it on

The lead form webhook posts the submission to your private Talkify address as soon as it is made, with the campaign and form it came from.

03

Talkify files the lead

Name, number and answers go into your leads list, checked against earlier deliveries of the same lead so nothing is counted twice.

04

Your rules run

Inside calling hours, not on your do-not-call list, not already picked up by a person on your team. Then the call goes out.

05

The agent sorts the job

What is wrong, how urgent, where it is, and whether you cover it. A job you want gets booked; one you do not gets an honest answer.

06

Your team takes over

The recording, the transcript and a note of what was agreed sit on the lead, so whoever turns up knows exactly what they are walking into.

The call-back, word for word

What Priya heard 44 seconds after the form.

Urgent search leads want reassurance and a time. The agent asks the one question that matters first, gives a useful tip, and books the job before she rings anyone else.

Who buys search leads, and why seconds count.

Search leads come from people with a problem now. They rarely wait for the first business that did not ring.

Plumbers and drainlayers.

Burst pipes, blocked drains and failed cylinders, searched for by people standing in water. AI reception for plumbers.

Urgent call-outs

Electricians and technicians.

No power, tripping switchboards, heat pumps that will not start, where the first sparky to ring gets the job. AI reception for electricians.

Faults · installs

Pest control and local services.

Wasps, rats and bed bugs, searched for late in the day by somebody who wants a booking before bed. AI reception for pest control.

Same-week treatments

A search lead is intent with a very short shelf life.

You paid for the click at the top of the results. Losing it to a slow reply means paying again for the next one.

They filled in three forms. Be the first to ring.

Somebody with an urgent job does not choose the best ad; they fill in a few and take the first business that calls. A lead sitting in your Google Ads account until you check it at lunchtime has usually been won by then.

Google keeps them 60 days. Talkify keeps them.

Google says lead form leads expire after 60 days in your account. Sent to Talkify, each one stays in your leads list with its call and outcome. Work out what slow follow-up costs on the missed call calculator.

You already paid Google for the intent. Now answer it.

One webhook address, pasted once into your lead form, and every search lead gets a call while the problem is still in front of them.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, talk to us and a person will answer it.

Can Google Ads lead forms send leads straight to my phone?
Not by themselves. Google keeps lead form submissions in your Google Ads account, where they expire after 60 days, or sends them to a webhook you give it. Point that webhook at Talkify and each lead arrives in your leads list the moment it is submitted, and your automation rings the person back within about a minute, inside the hours you allow.
How do I connect a Google Ads lead form to Talkify?
In Talkify, create a lead form and copy its private web address. In Google Ads, open the lead form asset, expand Export leads from Google Ads, then Other data integration options, and paste the address as the webhook URL. Google also asks for a key; the private address is what identifies your account, so any key you choose works. Press Send test data and the test lead appears in Talkify.
Will Talkify understand the fields Google sends?
Google sends each answer with a column name, like Full Name or User Phone, in a list. The first time a lead arrives, Talkify shows you exactly what Google sent, and you tell it once which answer is the name, the phone number and the email. From then on every lead from that form is filed properly, and any other questions you asked are kept on the lead as they arrived.
What if Google sends the same lead twice?
Google says a webhook can occasionally deliver the same lead more than once, and gives every lead its own id for exactly that reason. Talkify files the lead under that id, so a repeat delivery is recognised as the same enquiry and nobody is rung twice.
Which Google Ads campaigns does this work with?
Any campaign that can carry a lead form asset. Google lists Search, Video, Performance Max and Display. The webhook belongs to the lead form, so every campaign using that form sends its leads to the same place.
Will it ring a Google lead late at night?
Only inside the calling hours you set, which start at 8am to 8pm in your time zone and can be tied to the hours your agent says you are open. A lead that arrives at 10pm is held until the window opens or left for your team, whichever you choose, and numbers on your do-not-call list are never rung.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. The call-back is made by the agent that answers your business line, from its own number, and your existing number is not ported or changed. If the lead rings back, your receptionist answers knowing what they enquired about.
