Talkify / Integrations / Jotform
For businesses whose enquiries arrive on a Jotform

They filled in the form. Ring them now.

Somebody who submits your quote form is ready to talk right then, and a little less ready every hour after. Talkify gives you a Jotform lead call-back that happens within a minute: the entry arrives by Jotform webhook, and your agent rings the person in a friendly New Zealand voice, already knowing what they asked for, while your competitors are still reading their notification email.

The Jotform logo. Jotform submissions reach Talkify by webhook and the agent rings the person back within about a minute.

Every Jotform entry rung back within a minute, and booked while they are keen.

What happens to every Jotform entry.

From the moment somebody presses Submit, the follow-up is no longer something a person has to remember.

Arrives by Jotform webhook

Paste one Talkify address into Jotform's Webhooks integration and every submission on that form is sent straight across, the moment it is made.

Becomes a proper lead

Name, phone, email and message matched once from a test entry, and every other answer kept under its own label, in one list with your calls, texts and chats.

Rung back within a minute

An automation rings the person straight away, or after the delay you set, from your agent's own number with your agent's voice and knowledge.

Already read the form

Everything they wrote is handed to the agent before it dials, so the call opens with their job, not with "how can I help?"

Books while they are keen

With your calendar connected the agent offers real times and books the visit on the call. Without one it notes the time that suits for you to confirm.

Polite by design

Calls only inside your calling window, never to a number on your do-not-call list, once per lead, with a daily cap in case a bot finds your form.

Why the first call wins

A form fill is warm for minutes, not days.

People fill in three forms, not one. Someone after a quote rarely asks a single business. The one that rings back while they are still at their desk is the one that gets to explain, price and book.

The notification email is where leads go to wait. It lands while you are on a roof, under a car or with a client, and by the time you read it the person has moved on or booked elsewhere.

Talkify closes that gap to about a minute, inside your calling hours, including the Sunday afternoon enquiry you would have seen on Monday. It does the first call; your team does the job.

From Submit to a booked visit.

Six steps, most of them over before the person has closed the tab.

01

They press Submit

Your Jotform works exactly as it does today, with your own questions, your branding and your thank-you page. Nothing on the form changes.

02

Jotform sends the entry

The Webhooks integration posts the submission to your Talkify lead form address, alongside whatever else Jotform already does with it.

03

A lead is filed

Contact details read from the fields you matched, every answer kept, tagged with which form it came from. You get a push to your phone if you want one.

04

The automation fires

"A new lead comes in, ring them." Checked against your calling window and do-not-call list first, then dialled from your agent's own number.

05

A real conversation

The agent opens with what they asked for, answers questions from what it knows about your business and asks the questions you set.

06

You pick it up from there

The answers, a summary and the transcript sit on the lead. If nobody answered, a text can follow so the enquiry does not go quiet.

Set up in two pastes

Connected before your next submission.

There is nothing to install and nothing to change on the form itself. Copy one address out of Talkify, paste it into Jotform, and choose what the agent should do when an entry arrives. If you would rather we did it with you, we will.

  1. In TalkifyIntegrations, then Lead forms. Create a form for this Jotform and copy its address.
  2. In JotformSettings, then Integrations, then Webhooks. Paste the address and choose Complete Integration.
  3. Back in TalkifyAdd an automation: when a new lead comes in, ring them. Set your calling window and the questions to ask.
  4. Test itSubmit your own form with your mobile number and answer the call a minute or so later.

Built for the forms that bring in work.

Jotform is where a lot of New Zealand and Australian businesses take quote requests, intake and trial sign-ups. These are the ones a fast call pays for fastest.

Trades and installers.

Quote request forms where the first business to ring back usually gets to measure up. AI reception for trades.

Clinics and practitioners.

New patient and enquiry forms, followed by a friendly call to book the first appointment. AI reception for clinics.

Intake · first bookings

Gyms and studios.

Free trial and membership enquiry forms, turned into a booked first session before interest cools. AI reception for gyms.

Your form asks the questions. Your agent uses the answers.

The difference between a call-back that feels like a sales script and one that feels like good service.

No "sorry, what was it about?" moments.

The agent is handed everything the person wrote before it dials and is told to use it, not ask for it again. It speaks with your receptionist's knowledge of prices, hours and service area, so a question on the call gets a real answer. See what the sales agent does all day.

One inbox for every enquiry.

Jotform entries sit in the same lead list as phone calls, texts, website chats and ad forms, with the whole history of what has been said to each person since. Nothing lives in a notification email any more. More on leads.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

Ask a person Talk to us

Tell us which system you run and how your calls come in. A real person at Talkify replies, and we set the connection up with you.

Frequently asked.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, talk to us and a person will answer it.

What is an AI receptionist for Jotform?
An agent that treats a Jotform submission as a reason to pick up the phone. When someone fills in your form, Talkify receives the entry, files it as a lead and, if you have set it to, rings the person back within about a minute, inside your calling hours, in a natural New Zealand or Australian voice. It already knows what they wrote, so it gets straight to the point. The same agent also answers your business line whenever you forward calls to it.
How do I connect Jotform to Talkify?
In Talkify, go to Integrations, then Lead forms, create a form and copy its web address. In Jotform, open your form, go to Settings, then Integrations, search for Webhooks, paste the address and choose Complete Integration. Submit a test entry and it appears in your Talkify leads. Use one lead form per Jotform if you want quote requests and general enquiries labelled differently, and switch on an automation to decide what happens next.
How quickly does it ring the person back?
As quickly as you tell it to. An automation set to ring on a new lead with no delay places the call within about a minute of the submission arriving, while the person still has your website open. You can add a delay, text first and ring later, or ring and follow with a text if they do not answer. Automated calls stay inside a calling window, 8am to 8pm in your time zone unless you narrow it, and a form sent at midnight waits for the morning or is skipped, whichever you choose.
Which Jotform fields does it need?
A phone number, if you want the agent to ring. You match the name, phone, email, company and message fields once, from your first test submission, and Talkify keeps every other answer on the lead under its own label, such as the service they want or their suburb. Everything they wrote is handed to the agent before it dials, so it never asks them to repeat themselves. If one of your fields is named oddly, point it at the right place once in the lead form settings. Encrypted Jotform forms only send encrypted data, so leave encryption off on a form you want called back.
Could it ring the same person twice, or someone who asked not to be called?
No on both. Each automation runs once per lead, so a double submission or a webhook retry does not ring anybody twice. Every number is checked against your do-not-call list before a call or a text, and there is a daily cap per account, so a form filled by a bot costs you a day at most rather than your whole balance.
Jotform has its own AI phone agent. Why use Talkify?
Jotform AI Agents can answer calls on a number or an extension set up with Jotform, alongside its chat and other channels. Talkify is built for New Zealand and Australian businesses: it rings your form enquiries back as well as answering your existing business number, speaks in local voices, handles calls in New Zealand and Australian data centres and nowhere else, and books into the calendar you already use. Plenty of businesses keep Jotform for the forms and use Talkify for everything that happens on the phone.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. The call-back goes out from your agent's own number, and your existing line keeps working exactly as it does now. If you want Talkify answering incoming calls too, you forward calls from your current number when it suits you: always, when busy, when unanswered or after hours. Nothing is ported.
