For businesses with a site built in Webflow

A beautiful website deserves a quick reply.

You paid for a Webflow site that makes people want to get in touch. Then their enquiry sits in an inbox until tomorrow. Talkify turns Webflow form submissions into phone calls: a Webflow form webhook hands each entry over the moment it is sent, and your agent rings the person back in a natural New Zealand voice while they are still on your site.

Rings back
Inside a minute

Put your name down and we will hook up your Webflow forms and walk you through it. No setup fee, no lock-in, and your phone number stays exactly where it is.

Weekend enquiries from your Webflow site, called back before Monday.

Your Webflow forms, followed up properly.

Nothing on your site changes. What changes is what happens in the minute after somebody presses Submit.

One webhook, every form

A single Form submission webhook in your Webflow site settings sends every form on the site to Talkify, each labelled with the form it came from.

Filed as a lead

The enquiry lands in your Talkify leads with the name, number, email and message, and the rest of the form kept alongside.

A call inside a minute

A lead automation rings the person straight away from your agent's own number, or texts them first if that suits your business better.

Picks up where the form stopped

The agent is given everything they typed and uses it, so the conversation moves on to the next step instead of starting again.

Sets the meeting

Connect your calendar and the agent offers real free times and books the consultation on the call. Otherwise it notes what suits for you to confirm.

Keeps sensible hours

Automated calls stay inside your calling window, skip anyone on your do-not-call list and never ring the same lead twice for one automation.

What a slow reply costs a good website

The site did its job. Do not waste it.

Every form fill is marketing you have already paid for. The design, the copy, the ads that brought them there. An enquiry that waits until Monday lets all of that go cold.

People enquire when they have time, not when you do. Evenings and weekends are when homeowners, patients and clients sit down to plan, which is exactly when nobody is watching the inbox.

Talkify makes the first call while the idea is still fresh, in a voice that sounds like your business, and leaves you a lead with the answers, a summary and the transcript for Monday morning.

From a Webflow form to a conversation.

What the minute after Submit looks like once Talkify is connected.

01

The visitor submits

They see your own success message, styled the way your designer made it. Webflow keeps the submission in its form list as it always has.

02

Webflow calls the webhook

The Form submission webhook posts the entry to your Talkify lead form address, with the form's name and every field.

03

Talkify files the lead

Contact details in their proper places, the rest of the form kept, and a push to your phone if you like to know straight away.

04

The call goes out

Your automation checks the time of day and your do-not-call list, then rings the number they gave from your agent's own line.

05

The next step is agreed

A consultation booked, a question answered, a better time to talk noted. The agent asks the questions you set for this kind of enquiry.

06

Everything is on the lead

The answers, a summary and the transcript sit with the enquiry. No answer? A text follows so the conversation stays open.

For whoever looks after the site

Five minutes in site settings, then it just runs.

No custom code, no embed and no change to how your forms look. Your web designer, your agency or you can wire it in between other jobs, and the business decides everything else from Talkify. Happy to talk it through first.

  1. Create a lead form in TalkifyIntegrations, then Lead forms. Copy the address it gives you.
  2. Add the webhook in WebflowSite settings, then Apps and integrations, then Webhooks. Choose Form submission and paste the address.
  3. Tell Talkify your field namesPoint name, phone and email at the labels your Webflow form uses, once.
  4. Switch on the call-backAn automation that rings each new lead, inside the hours you choose, asking the questions you set.

Built into the site once, working every day after.

The person who built the site sets it up. The person who runs the business decides what happens.

A copy, not a replacement.

The webhook sends Talkify a copy of each submission and leaves Webflow's own handling untouched, so the site's spam protection, notification emails and submission list all keep working. If Talkify is ever unreachable, Webflow retries, and the entry is still safe in Webflow.

Web agencies, take note.

A fast call-back is a result a client can feel in the first week. Add the webhook as part of a launch and hand the business an agent that follows up every lead. See what the sales agent does beyond the first call.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

What is an AI receptionist for Webflow Forms?
A phone agent that follows up your Webflow form submissions for you. When someone fills in a form on your Webflow site, the submission is sent to Talkify, filed as a lead, and your agent can ring the person back within about a minute, inside your calling hours, in a warm New Zealand or Australian voice, knowing what they asked. The same agent also answers your business phone whenever you forward calls to it.
How do I send Webflow form submissions to Talkify?
In Talkify, go to Integrations, then Lead forms, create a form and copy its address. In Webflow, open your site settings, go to Apps and integrations, scroll to Webhooks, add a webhook with the trigger type Form submission and paste the address. Publish the site, submit a test entry, and it arrives in your Talkify leads. Webflow sends each submission's fields inside a data object named after your field labels, so on the lead form settings tell Talkify once which label holds the name, the phone and the email.
Should I use a webhook or change the form action to Talkify?
Use the webhook. It leaves Webflow handling the form exactly as it does now, with its own submission list, notification emails and spam protection, and simply sends Talkify a copy. Pointing a form's Action at Talkify instead does work, and Talkify can redirect the visitor to your thank-you page afterwards, but that form then bypasses Webflow's own handling, which most people would rather keep.
Does the webhook cover every form on my site?
Yes. A Form submission webhook fires for every form on that Webflow site, and each submission carries the name of the form it came from. A form that only collects an email address, like a newsletter sign-up, has no phone number to ring, so nobody gets an unexpected call from it. If you want different forms handled differently, send them to different Talkify lead forms through separate webhooks built with Webflow's API.
What happens if Talkify cannot be reached when someone submits?
Webflow tries again. A delivery that fails is retried up to three more times, ten minutes apart. If deliveries keep failing, Webflow switches the webhook off and emails the site owner, so a broken connection gets noticed rather than silently losing enquiries. The submission itself is always still in Webflow's own form list.
Can my web designer or agency set this up?
Easily, and it suits the way agencies work. Anyone with access to the site settings can add the webhook in a couple of minutes, with no custom code and nothing to republish beyond the site itself. Once it is in, the business owner manages everything else from Talkify: who gets rung, when, and what the agent says.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. Call-backs go out from your agent's own number and your existing line carries on as normal. If you also want Talkify answering the calls your website generates, forward your current number to it whenever you choose: all the time, when busy, when nobody answers, or after hours. Nothing is ported.

Have a look around.

The call-back is one kind of outgoing call. Reminders and short campaigns are others.
