For Splose practices and NDIS providers

Your therapists are out. The phone still gets answered.

Talkify is the AI receptionist for Splose. While your OTs, speechies and psychologists are in sessions or driving between home visits, it answers the practice line in a real local voice, offers the free slots Splose reports for the right service, and books the client in before the call ends.

What it will not do matters as much. It does not read notes, and it leaves every question about an NDIS plan or funding to your team.

What the agent does in your Splose.

Six things, all through Splose's own API. Everything else in your workspace it leaves alone.

Recognises your clients

The calling number is matched to a client in Splose, so a returning client is greeted by their first name, and told nothing about why they see you.

Knows your services

Initial assessment, standard session, home visit. You choose which services and which practitioners go on the phone.

Searches free slots in Splose

Splose finds the bookable slots for that service at that location, across one practitioner or several, and the agent reads back two or three of them.

Books the appointment

Made in Splose against the right practitioner, service and location, so it sits in the calendar your team already works from. A new client is added first.

Leaves plans and funding alone

No budgets, no support items, no invoices, no view on what is claimable. Those questions become a message for a person who can answer them properly.

Moves and cancels, if you say so

Splose allows both. In Talkify they are separate switches, so a practice with strict cancellation terms can keep that conversation with a person.

From the phone ringing to a session in Splose.

Friday afternoon, every therapist on the road, walked through one call at a time.

01

It answers instead of voicemail

The call that would have gone to a mailbox until Monday is picked up in your practice name, on the first ring.

02

It checks who is calling

A client's number finds their Splose record and a first name. A coordinator, a parent or a new enquiry is handled as exactly that.

03

It works out the service

Which therapist, which kind of session, clinic or home visit, and roughly when. In plain words, not codes.

04

Splose says what is free

The agent searches Splose for bookable slots on that service and location and offers the ones Splose returns, nothing it has guessed.

05

The session is booked

Into Splose, while the client listens. Anything about plans, funding or paperwork is written down for your team instead of answered.

06

Your team gets the lot

A text and an email within seconds: who rang, what was booked, and the questions only a person should answer, flagged so they are not lost.

Stop losing families to Friday voicemail.

Connect Splose once and every call is answered, booked where it can be and handed over where it should be. We set it up with you, you choose the services the agent may offer, and your number stays put.

Who runs Splose, and who rings them.

Splose is practice management for allied health and NDIS providers. Their phones carry clients, families, coordinators and plan managers, often in the same hour.

Where a caller's reason for ringing is theirs to keep. The agent books and never asks why. The same line on Cliniko.

Sessions · discretion

A careful receptionist knows what not to answer.

In an NDIS practice, a confident wrong answer about funding costs more than a missed call.

It books what it can and hands over the rest.

Most calls are simple: a time, a therapist, a change. Those it finishes. The ones about plans, reports, service agreements or how much is left are written up for your team with the caller's own words, so nobody is guessing.

Friday afternoon is not a mailbox.

A family that reaches voicemail on a Friday often books somewhere else by Monday. Answered, they are in your calendar before the weekend. See what those calls are worth on the missed call calculator.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

What is an AI receptionist for Splose?
A phone agent that answers your practice line and books straight into Splose. It knows your practitioners, your locations and your services, asks Splose for the slots that are genuinely free for the service the caller needs, and books the client in on the call. It is built for allied health and NDIS practices where the therapists are in sessions or on the road most of the day and the phone keeps ringing anyway.
Does it answer questions about a client's NDIS plan or funding?
No, on purpose. It does not read plans, budgets, support items or invoices, and it will not tell a caller whether a service is covered, how much funding is left, or how a claim works. Those questions have consequences for the participant, so the agent takes a clear message with the name, the number and the question, and your team answers it. It can explain general things you have told it, such as which areas you visit or whether you have a waitlist.
What happens when a support coordinator or family member rings?
The agent is polite, takes their details and what they need, and passes it to your team as a message. It only works with the client record that the calling number belongs to in Splose, so a coordinator ringing about a participant is not booked straight into that participant's diary by a stranger on the phone. Your team decides, as they would now.
How does Talkify connect to Splose?
With a Splose API key. Splose lets the workspace owner apply for and manage API keys from the Splose dashboard. A key carries the same permissions as the user it belongs to, so create it under an account you are comfortable seeing on the record. Paste it into Talkify, pick the practitioners, locations and services the agent may offer, and you are connected. Revoking the key in Splose disconnects it straight away.
Does the agent read clinical notes or case details?
No. It uses your practitioners, locations, services, free slots and the client's first name so it can greet them. It never reads a progress note, a case, a form or a report, it is never told what a session is for, and it gives no health or therapy advice.
Can clients move or cancel an appointment by phone?
Splose supports both through its API, and in Talkify each one is a switch you turn on or leave off. Moving reads the appointment back first and offers new free slots from Splose. Plenty of NDIS practices keep cancellations with a person, because short notice cancellation rules are a conversation, and the agent will take a message instead.
Do we have to change our practice phone number?
No. You forward your existing number to Talkify, on your existing phone company, and decide when it answers: every call, only when the line is busy, only when nobody picks up, or only outside hours. Nothing is ported and you can switch it off in minutes.
