Talkify / Integrations / SuperSaaS
For venues, classes and hire on SuperSaaS

Is the hall free Saturday? Now it is booked.

Half the calls to a venue or a studio are one question: is it free? The SuperSaaS AI receptionist asks your schedule, gives a straight answer and books it, at seven at night as easily as at ten in the morning. SuperSaaS phone booking for the rooms, courts, gear and class places people would rather ring about than click through.

The SuperSaaS logo mark. Talkify checks free time in a SuperSaaS schedule and books phone callers into it. SuperSaaS

Put your name down and we will connect your SuperSaaS and walk you through it. No setup fee, no lock-in, and your phone number stays exactly where it is.

What the agent does in your SuperSaaS.

Your schedules, your rules and your user list stay in SuperSaaS. The agent reads them on every call instead of guessing from a list somebody printed out.

Checks what is free, live

Asked of SuperSaaS while the caller waits, for the length of time they want, so the answer is never "I think so, I will get someone to confirm".

Counts the places left

On a class or session schedule it knows how many spots each slot still has, books one, and offers the next session when a class is full.

Books the right resource

The main hall or the meeting room, court one or court two, the trailer or the kayak. Bookings go against the resource the caller actually wants.

Registers new users

Schedules that need an account for every booking are not a barrier: a first-time caller is added as a SuperSaaS user and booked in the same call.

Moves and cancels

It finds the caller's upcoming bookings, then shifts one to another free time or cancels it. Anything that needs a person becomes a message instead.

Answers the questions around it

Parking, keys, what is included, what to bring, how many people fit. The booking is the easy part; the questions are why people ring.

From "is it free?" to booked in SuperSaaS.

A Tuesday evening, the office long closed, and somebody wants the hall for a birthday.

01

The call is answered

In your organisation's name, after hours or whenever the office line is busy. No recorded message about office hours.

02

It pins down what they want

Which space or class, which day, from when to when, and how many people. The questions your bookings officer would ask.

03

It asks SuperSaaS

For free time on that resource or places in that session, right now, and reads back what is genuinely available.

04

It books them in

Into the right schedule and resource, with their name, email, mobile and your own booking fields, registering them first if your schedule needs it.

05

It covers the details

Access, parking, bond, what the space includes, from what you have told it. Anything it cannot settle becomes a clear message for the office.

06

The office knows by morning

Every booking is already in SuperSaaS, and a summary of each call is waiting in your inbox, so the first job of the day is not the answerphone.

Who takes bookings on SuperSaaS.

Organisations that book spaces, equipment and places rather than a single person's time, often with a small office and long opening hours.

Venues, halls and councils.

Community halls, meeting rooms, sports courts and facilities run by a small team. The booking agent.

Fitness, dance, swim and art classes where callers want a place and a straight answer about spaces left. AI reception for gyms and studios.

Trailers, boats, bikes, equipment and campsites, where the enquiries arrive in the evening and at weekends. After-hours answering.

Equipment · weekends

"Ring back in office hours" empties a calendar.

People plan a party or a weekend away at night. The booking goes to whoever answers first.

Your booking page is there. People still ring.

Older hirers, first-time callers and anyone with a question would rather ask a person than work out which schedule and which resource to click. The agent is the person they ask, and it books straight into the same SuperSaaS schedule your website uses.

An unbooked Saturday does not come back.

A hall, a court or a trailer that sits empty is income gone for good. See what the unanswered calls are costing on the missed call calculator.

Let the phone take bookings while the office is shut.

We connect your SuperSaaS, pick the schedules and resources the agent may book, teach it the answers to your usual questions, and test it with real calls first. No setup fee and no lock-in.

The Talkify difference

Built here.
Not badged here.

Most AI answering services sold in New Zealand are overseas platforms with a local logo. Talkify runs on our own local SIP network, keeps data in New Zealand and Australian data centres, and answers in voices your callers actually recognise. That changes how every call sounds, and where every recording lives.

Ask a person Talk to us

Tell us which system you run and how your calls come in. A real person at Talkify replies, and we set the connection up with you.

What is an AI receptionist for SuperSaaS?
A phone agent that takes bookings into your SuperSaaS schedule while people are still on the line. Someone rings wanting the hall on Saturday, a court at six, a place in Thursday's class or an interview slot, and the agent asks SuperSaaS what is actually free, offers it, and books it with their details. It also answers the questions that come with a booking, such as what is included, where to park and how to get the key, from what you have told it.
How does Talkify connect to SuperSaaS?
With your SuperSaaS account name and an API key. You generate the key at the bottom of the Account Info page in SuperSaaS and paste both into Talkify, then choose which schedules the agent may book into. There is no code and no change to your schedules, and generating a new key in SuperSaaS cuts the connection straight away.
Does it work with every kind of SuperSaaS schedule?
It works with resource schedules, where people book a room, a court, a piece of equipment or a person, and capacity schedules, where people take a place in a class or session. SuperSaaS's service schedules, where the booking length depends on the service chosen, are worked out inside SuperSaaS's own booking page and are not offered to outside software for free-time checks. If yours is set up that way, we will look at it with you before you commit to anything.
Can it tell a caller how many places are left?
Yes, on a capacity schedule. SuperSaaS reports how many places are still free in each slot, so the agent can say there are three spots left in Thursday's six o'clock class and book one, or offer the next session if it is full.
Can callers change or cancel a booking?
Yes, if you let it. Once the agent knows who is calling, it can look up their upcoming bookings in your schedule, move one to another free time or cancel it. Bookings that need a human decision, such as a large hire with a bond, can be set to become a message for your office instead.
Our schedule needs a registered user for every booking. Is that a problem?
No. SuperSaaS lets outside software add users as well as bookings, so a first-time caller can be registered as a user and booked in the same call, with the name, email and mobile they give. Returning users are simply booked under their existing account.
Do we have to change our phone number?
No. Talkify works by call forwarding from the number people already ring, so nothing is ported. Many venues and councils only forward calls after hours or when the office line is busy, and keep answering in person during the day.

What an agent that takes bookings all day handles, including the changes of mind.

For practitioners who book one-to-one appointments through Acuity.
